Hello and welcome to Ravenswood Primary School. We are based in North Heaton, just three miles to the east of the city centre and are lucky to have very large grounds, giving our wonderful children lots of space to learn and grow. Our school vision is represented by the five trees of Ravenswood:

By the time children leave Ravenswood, we aim for them to be resilient and healthy, demonstrating respect for all, a love for learning, and having experienced opportunities to inspire their passions and discover what makes them special.

Our school caters a brilliant cultural and social mix of children, aged 3 to 11 years. We have a nursery unit for children aged 3+ and we currently offer both 15 and 30 hour places.
