Maths Day

Thank you so much to everyone for coming along to our very first Maths day at Ravenswood. It was lovely to be visited by so many families. We had some lovely comments from children: "I just love maths SO much!" and "This is the best day EVER!" Monday 17^th November – 9am – 10am

Fussy eating workshop – We’ve had a very big uptake on the coming workshop this Monday. At the moment we’re unable to take any more parents for this workshop as we’re at full capacity. If you didn’t have the chance to book a space but would be interested in attending a future workshop, please let the school office know: office@ravenswoodprimary.co.uk

Safer Streets:

Please note that Ravenswood road and the surrounding streets (Farnley Road, Stanmore Road) are closed from 8am until 9:30am and again from 2:30 until 4pm.

These closures are part of the safer streets scheme. This is a reminder to parents to not use these roads between 8 -9.30am and 2:30-4pm to keep children safe when journeying to and from school. Tues 9^th December – KS2 Christmas Singalong – on the school playground – 3:15pm (after school)

Weds 10^th December – School Choir – singing at Grainger Market 1-2pm

12^th December Friends of Ravenswood Winter Fair – 3:20pm (after school)

Wed 17^th December – Christmas Dinner Day / Christmas jumper day

I was very lucky at my previous setting that one of our parents used to work at a timber yard and was able to supply school with wood for the outdoor fire stove. If any parents are in a similar position and able to supply wood for our (about to be) installed fire pit, please contact me via: office@ravenswoodprimary.co.uk
